1. Prep & Cleanse (Modes 1-3):
Remove excess makeup. Wet your face and the silicone brush, then apply your favorite facial cleanser. Press the power button and cycle through Modes 1-3 to find your preferred cleansing intensity. Gently glide in circular motions across your face and nose to remove dirt and oil. Rinse clean.
2. Serum & Massage (Modes 4-5):
Pat your face dry. Apply your favorite serum or moisturizer. Turn the device back on and select Mode 4 or 5. Use the flat side of the device and the warming metal tip to gently massage the product into your skin. The heat will help the serum absorb deeply while the massage boosts circulation.
3. Store & Drain:
Rinse the device under water, place it back in the vertical stand, and let the built-in drainage hole do the work.

Yes! 40°C (about 104°F) is a very gentle, soothing warmth. It feels similar to a warm, damp towel on your face. It is specifically designed to be safe for daily use to open pores without causing redness or irritation.
What is the hole in the bottom of the stand for?
It is a drainage hole. Because the device is used around water, we designed the stand so any excess water that drips off the brush goes straight through the base and into the sink, preventing mold, mildew, and bacterial buildup.
Why a "metal heat end"?
The metal tip conducts and holds the 40°C heat perfectly. When you apply serums or oils, you can use this heated metal tip to gently press and massage the product into specific areas (like under your eyes or around your mouth) for maximum absorption.
Can I use this if I have sensitive skin?
